Thoughtfully designed by the renowned John Patrick, Promenade’s landscaping softens the built form of the architecture while providing the interiors with a beautiful green outlook. At the entrance, a series of landscaped frames create a tranquil arrival experience for residents as they arrive home each day, instilling a strong sense of place. The landscaping also ties the building to the greenery of Abbott Street, allowing it to appear right at home in its context.
While providing optimal ventilation, vast sliding doors collapse the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. The spacious terrace area is designed to feel like a private oasis – perfect for moments of tranquility with your morning cup of coffee. Equipped with a built in BBQ, the space also lends itself to alfresco dinner parties in the warmer months of the year.
